Description
During berthing of the tanker Australian Spirit on 9th December, an engine failure occurred resulting in the vessel striking the junction of berths 1 and 2.
21 metres of concrete fender beam and deck and 9 damaged piles were removed and replaced at a cost of more than $2 million.
